Returns & Cancellation Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You may also return any item received that is incorrect or defective.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please log into your account and navigate to the order you wish to return. You can then click on 'Return', select the products for return and submit the request. If you did not create an account, please do so using the email address you used to checkout as a guest. The order will show up in your account once you’ve created it. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, however if it's still processing we can cancel an order. Please email us at info@gear2compete.com with your order number if you would like to cancel.
Shipping
We ship within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Our standard shipping rate is a $8 flat fee. Orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping. You must select free shipping at checkout. Please note that if you pay our flat fee despite being eligible for free shipping your order won't be shipped faster.
